Your driver is prepared to make change for up to a twenty dollar bill.What if I do not have in my possession United States currency smaller than a fifty or hundred dollar bill?It is solely the responsibility of the fare paying customer to absorb and reimburse the driver for any and all expenses accrued in the course of obtaining change in denominations not larger than a twenty dollar bill.
Do your drivers accept foreign currency?Our drivers accept United States currency only.
Is there a charge for additional passengers?Up to four passengers traveling together from the point of origin to the final destination - no extra charge.
My traveling party consists of more than four passengers. Can the independent contractor driver / taxicab operator accommodate everyone?We will do our best to provide a higher passenger capacity vehicle -or- dispatch multiple vehicles to accommodate the number of passengers in your group (either action will incur additional fees).
Do the independent contractor driver taxicabs and sedans come equipped with child safety restraint devices?Not necessarily. It is solely at the discretion of the independent contractor driver to choose whether or not to make child safety seats available for complimentary use. Most drivers do
not offer this service. Please plan accordingly.
Parents and/or guardians should be prepared to provide their own child safety seats in compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes. For further advice and guidance please visit the

Is an Advance Reservation (timed call) a guarantee that I will be picked up on time?Let us debunk a taxicab industry myth. There is no such thing as a "timed call" guarantee!
Generally speaking, the taxicab industry in the United States gives your
timed call trip
priority over a
will call trip. However, this is
not a guarantee you will be picked up precisely on time.
Our advice is to allow for some delay time when confirming taxicab ground transportation advance reservations. In the event your independent contractor driver arrives late at the origin, you will still reach your intended destination as planned.
May I bring an open container of alcohol into the passenger compartment of the taxicab?Open containers of alcohol are not permitted inside the passenger compartment of the taxicab. In fact, we prefer that any package liquors or individual sealed containers of alcoholic beverages be stored in the trunk of the taxicab. Your possessions will be returned to you upon receipt of payment of the taxicab fare in full at the destination.
Lost and Found
We are not to be held responsible for lost articles or any personal belongings left behind in the taxicab. Please check around your seat and your feet (and don't forget the trunk) for personal belongings before exiting the vehicle.
